Event-contract milestone detail

GET /api/v1.0/quote/event-contract/milestone

Event-contract milestone detail. milestone is the KS milestone symbol. Returns main_event_code, start/end time, teams, and main-event shortcut contracts. Discover milestone symbols via quote.event_contract_events / category first.
